Which golf irons would you get?
i have the option of getting the nike sumo or the callaway x 18s because these are both 300 dollars for a set. which irons should i purchase? can i get some details on these clubs?thanks

Good beginner golf irons?
Hi so I got into golfing and me and my dad is going to the field weekly.I get lesson 3 times a week and practice my swinging 30minutes everyday where my dad tells me what I am doing wrong. I use lady's golf club you can fin at costco for 200bucks that my neighbor got they gave it to us when they went back to Korea And way.. I am hitting 120 with 7 iron and 220 with my driver. My coach tells me that it is little small for me and tells me that I should get the size that he have. I used my dad's clubs HONMA BERES MG 703 2 star and it is comfortable. He tells me that I should get adult size. We were looking at ebay for some callaway x18 or x20. But I want to know if there is any other good iron that wasn't released not too long ago around the time x 18 or 20 was released not very expensive around 200dollar at ebay in good condishion hopefully.. and forgiving.I know callaway is good choice but I want to see other choices. I full set of x18 sold for 170 but slept too late to bid at the last moment... anyways.. Thanks Also I am only looking for graphite
What is a good but cheap brand for golf irons?
I want a really forgiving set of golf irons. Any suggestions?
Right now I have 1996 Ping IST Irons. My pops has the Ping Rapture V2, and I took my four iron out of the bag, so I borrowed his iron, and it's thicker than my PW. It was so easy to hit, and I'm jealous. My irons are thin, and it's about time for a new set. Money is a problem, because I'm 15, and I have to pay for my set myself. I'm hoping for maybe a 3 PW. Also on a note, I haven't really looked around a bunch, I was just hoping that G10's would go down A LOT when the K series came out, but they didn't. And I don't want hybrid irons, just a thick, more forgiving set. I am open to annnyyy suggestions.
New golf irons advice?
Hi I currently shoot in the mid to low 90's and high 80's. I am currently playing 2006 callaway big bertha irons. I have been looking around for new irons for a while now, and I would like to get a new set that aren't as " chunky" at address and that will help me improve, but will still give me forgiveness on mis hits. I was thinking the titelist ap1's, but i'm not sure. Also, would I be able to hit irons like these as far as the big bertha's? Thanks

Last year I was fitted with golf irons with a 4 deg upright set, now I've changed my swing, will it affect me?
Last year I was fitted with a set of irons with a 4 degree upright set. My instructor and I have changed my swing to a more traditional swing. not the upright swing I had before. I find myself still missing or skulling shots. Now that I have a more level swing plane, will I need new irons?

Best golf irons for under $400?
I am young college student for age reference and looking to get into golf. I do have past experience but I was never anything amazing to begin with on a scale from 1 totally clueless beginner to 10 scratch handicap , I'd say I'm a 4 having never played consistently enough or well enough to test for my handicap. Seeing as it's just a hobby I want to get into, I don't see the need to spend too much unless anyone argues that it makes a huge difference . I'm looking to buy an iron set that I can develop my game with for, at most, $400. Any opinions on a good set would be greatly appreciated should I go new or preowned? What is the best way to remove knicks and scratches from the face of stainless steel golf irons?
I am getting my clubs ready for the season and see some imperfections in the face of my irons. They are stainless steel Callaway irons. Any suggestions on how to remove the knicks and scratches. Please be specific when suggesting sanding and buffing. Thanks How Fine? Do you have a Sandpaper Number?
